FIT UK & Everton in the Community Launch a new CPD course on Mental Health Awareness within Physical Activity & Sport

This programme is designed to help raise a candidate's awareness as to the issues surrounding mental health within physical activity and sport. Active IQ have endorsed our programme as part of a professional recognition CPD workshop. The need for professionals within this area to be appropriately trained depends on their understanding of this topic is of paramount importance as mental health is a global issue and affects all populations. Active IQ have recognised the importance of making people aware of mental health issues within the active leisure sector therefore have endorsed our programme as part of a professional recognition CPD workshop.

FIT UK Director Alan Reddin said:
